Currently On Repeat: Paul McDonald & Nikki Reed

*I must admit I was hesitant to share this post and begin this music series. My blog is and has always been about all things wedding, parties, DIY and the occasional recipe. With that, I wasn’t sure how to showcase my love for music. Two things helped me make this decisions. One very wise blogger reminded me that this is MY blog and it should reflect me and what makes me happy. The other thing that helped with this decision is that entertaining and music go hand in hand, correct? We can’t have a wedding without music or any other celebration for that matter. Music is part of who I am and I’m excited to say I won’t shy away from that part any longer. Truly Chic meet Currently on Repeat.*repeat

the best part EP

One of the sweetest duos I’ve ever heard. The love that this husband and wife have shared together in music melts my heart. I’m a fan of Paul McDonald and his unique voice and I am SO very glad Nikki Reed has came out to the music world; what a beautiful voice! Now That I’ve Found You and The Best Part are my two faves, this EP is beyond worth the purchase.

Unfortunately I don’t listen to music all that much and you know why. But I love that you are staying true to yourself, and I love music at any event. Now can you tell me what an EP is?

Thank you! An EP is an an extended play. It’s not long enough to be an album but it’s longer than just a single song release. Their my favorite. ;)
