Rubber Band Candles

Lately I’ve felt extra-crafty.  Extra-crafty + Caffeine = Pinterest Project Fun!

I had a case of votive candles from a recent event and knew I wanted to do something different with them.  Insert the rubber band painting project.  This was super easy and fun.  I decided to go with blue & silver because it coordinates with my casa decor and also my Christmas tree.  See that… thinking ahead!  The blue could have used a second coat but I’m fond of the imperfections.  There was no rhyme or reason with putting on the rubber bands or a set amount used.  *Keeping it real:  There is a slightly etched title on the votive holders, the spray paint did a great job hiding it*

Totally have my new craft project planned.  Canvas art.
